SME Business Survey

Calling all SMEs…

Are you ready to conquer the business landscape in 2024? We want to hear from you!

We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with HR Solutions and Pulse Group Media - publishers of Business Times and Business MK newspapers to deliver the fourth annual SME Business Survey, launched today.

What's The Survey About?

The survey is an annual pulse check on the SME economic landscape. It is used to gain a deeper understanding of topical business challenges such as rising costs, marketing challenges, employee retention, and imminent employment law changes and discover how SMEs plan to navigate the changing business climate.

Initially launched in the middle of the pandemic in 2020, the survey has provided powerful and valuable insights into the problems SMEs face in both day-to-day operations, workforce management and planning for the future.

All questionnaire data is used to produce an annual report addressing the issues raised and suggest recommendations for SME business owners to overcome the challenges.

Last year's survey showed finances were a higher priority than ever, with businesses citing recession, rising costs and staff retention as their biggest worries.

Why Participate In The Survey?

• Gain insight: Discover the challenges & opportunities awaiting SMEs in 2024.

• Strategy matters: Share the obstacles you expect to face over the next 12 months and your plans to overcome them.

• Be the first to know: You will receive an in-depth report with recommendations, action points, and exclusive insights based on the survey's results.

We encourage all small and medium-sized enterprises trading in the UK to share the obstacles they expect to face over the next 12 months. The more people that we can encourage to complete the survey, the better understanding we have of what support SMEs need right now.
